### Cozy and bright flat in the heart of Málaga

Our cozy apartment is situated right in the historical center of Málaga. However you are going to sleep well, as the building is located in a quiet and steady area. In 2017 the entire apartment was renovated. There is a living room with an american kitchen and a second room - the bedroom - with access to the bathroom.  
The layout of the apartment is designed for couples. The maximum occupancy is two people.  
In the flat WiFi is provided, as well as a LED-TV and air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom.  
Included in the price: Wifi, towels, bed clothes, final cleaning.  
Allocation: bedroom, living-room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small balcony  
Bedroom: double bed (size 140x200cm)  
Equipment of the kitchen:  
Built-in kitchen, oven, ceramic stove top, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine.  
Bathroom: shower, hair dryer.  
Multimedia: LED-TV, HDMI, WiFi  
Auxiliaries: Air conditioning, flat iron, laundry drying space on the rooftop terrace.  
  
High speed Internet connection (300 Mb symmetrical optical fiber), perfect for business trips.  
  
Equipment outside: Small interior balcony with two easy chairs.  
The flat is on the third floor so you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. There is no lift.
