Beautiful and very bright, with an unbeatable location to enjoy the historic center, in the heart of Malaga. It is located on Molina Lario street, one of the best known and most emblematic in the center, right next to the Cathedral, just 200 meters from the Picasso Museum and just 5 minutes walk from the Paseo del Puerto. It has two spacious bedroom, with beautiful balconies outside the pedestrian street, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room. Free WIFI, high-speed internet (optical fiber of 1,000 megabytes, 1 GB). Air conditioning hot / cold. –Characteristics: It has two spacious bedroom one with a double bed and other with two single beds, both of them with beautiful balconies overlooking the pedestrian street, one of the most beautiful and well-known in the city. The living room has a sofa bed and has three balconies, one of them facing the cathedral. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need for cooking. The building has an elevator, although it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs with few steps at the entrance to reach it. –Next to the cathedral: It is a comfortable and bright accommodation, located on Molina Lario street. It has a beautiful balcony from which to look out onto the street and enjoy the views, in the historic center of the city. Everything that is important in the city is nearby. The cathedral is right next door, it can even be seen from the balcony; the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba, the Malaga Museum and the Plaza de la Merced are less than 5 minutes away on foot; The lively harbor promenade is also just a 5-minute walk away. An ideal location for downtown museums, walks, gardens and monuments. It has also been awarded the distinctive 'Tourism Quality Commitment' IMPORTANT: Before reaching the elevator you have to go up a flight of stairs NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building, but it is allowed on the exterior balconies. PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the welfare of the animal and the damages they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. € 20 will be charged for each pet for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning so as not to harm guests allergic to cat or dog hair.
