The balcony offers a unique point of view to enjoy the passing of the Holy Week processions. Exceptionally located next to Plaza de Camas and the famous Calle Larios, the best known in the center of Malaga. Ideal for walking to all the monuments, museums and attractions of the city, as well as its best-known corners. Located in a beautiful historic building with elevator. It has one large windows with beautiful views of the small historic street where it is located. It has all the comforts: WIFI, a Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hot/cold air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has an elevator. –Characteristics: It has a bright living room, with a large smart TV, and a beautiful window that overlooks a historic street and the church of San Juan; a well-equipped kitchen, which also has a washing machine, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, kettle, etc.; a double bed and a wardrobe. It has a bathroom with shower, hot water heater and hair dryer. Free Wi-Fi, elevator, and hot/cold air conditioning. –Balcony of San Juan: It is located in a beautiful 19th century Malaga building, protected for its architectural and historical value but which has all the comforts, including an elevator. Located in a street that preserves very well the buildings of Malaga from the 19th century. On one side of the small street we find the church of San Juan and on the other the popular Plaza de Camas, with its well-known cafes, restaurants, and a children's play area. Located just two minutes walk from the historic Central Market of Atarazanas, and four minutes walk from the famous Calle Larios. From the balcony you can enjoy some of the beautiful processions of the Holy Week in Malaga. –Services: The apartment has all the comforts for the use of our guests: hot/cold air conditioning, large Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, capsule coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, cot, high chair and bathtub for baby etc Free WIFI. Nearby paid parking. Guests have an exclusive free medical care service (non-hospital) during their stay. –How to move: It is exceptionally located, in the center of Malaga. It is one step away from all the monuments and museums (a two-minute walk from the Carmen Thyssen Museum and the Atarazanas Market, and only a 4-minute walk from Calle Larios). It is also close to supermarkets and fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants. It is easy to reach from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. –To consider: IMPORTANT: The street is busy, especially on weekends and holidays and can be a bit noisy. This is a tourist accommodation that meets the Olédays EcoFriendly certification requirements, and has been recognized with the WeRespect certification. NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. CHECK IN: Arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we strive to receive our guests at the time they need, on request. PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage it may cause.
