The 19th century building (with elevator) is the same one where Picasso was born, and where his house-museum is located. It has three large windows with beautiful views of the square and the Cathedral. It has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Trop petite poubelle pour le papier, couvercle poubelle toilettes cassée, la suspension serviette hs, tombe. Sinon quel bel appartement, et le lieu : place de la merced. Contact urgence après coupure d'électricité, quartier ? Tout l'immeuble, très bonne écoute, rassurante, et la panne a à peine un quart d'heure. JP ##### JPR J. Oledays ist der Vermittler vor Ort und bzgl. Kommunikation sehr unangenehm. Wer das Apartment nutzen möchte, muss sich klar sein, dass Lärm bis morgens um 6 Uhr (an allen Tagen; auch im Winter) ist und die sehr alten und undichten Fenster nichts abhalten. Wir mussten in ein Hotel wechseln. Oledays schloss ohne Vorwarnung den Code, so dass wir das Apartment nicht mehr nutzen konnten, als wir die Missstände dokumentierten. Die sich noch im Apartment befindlichen persönlichen Sachen gab Oledays nicht heraus. Wer hier bucht, sollte sich auch die Bewertungen von Oledays auf anderen Portalen anschauen. FeWo-direkt war extrem bemüht und sehr freundlich, immer irgendwie erreichbar, aber letztlich nicht erfolgreich mit ihren vielen Versuchen, auf Oledays einzuwirken. Letztlich wird der Vertrag zwischen dem Mieter und Oledays geschlossen.Außer der sehr unangenehmen Art von Oledays und deren Geschäftsgebaren stimmen die Bilder des Apartments keinesfalls mit der Wirklichkeit überein.
