I am a frequent traveler to Malaysia, this is the worst hotel I encountered. The first hotel which I checked out the same day I checked in. The only positive thing about the hotel is the front desk who is nice and trying to help.The room may look ok generally when you first entered, however, when you look into details, your skin will crawls. There are little bugs flying around the bed, there is also a massive amount of little bugs crawling at the shower area. This room is infested with bugs. The WIFI and reception within the room is terrible as well, you can't use the internet with your pwn mobile line or WIFI at all. After thinking for some time, I decide to check out on the same day and booked another hotel elsewhere for the safety for my family. I highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone as this is unacceptable. Staff not friendly & not flexible with the request Location were good as it was a walking distance to malls Do not stay Melaka Town during the ramadan month as most of the shops are closed & night markets are mostly in the kampong area. Rooms were small There were ants hole found so if you leave your food, it will be eaten by the ants in a minute WIFI were the worst, you have to login everytime you would want to use it & passwords are only valid for a day. So if you are staying for 3 days, you will require to request for a new passwords at the counter everyday Email were not responded as we were having enquiries about Ramadhan if they can serve sahur. We asked if there is any restaurants open 24 hrs, counter staff mentioned that there's shops open 24hrs but not to our luck, they were close.
