I am a frequent traveler to Malaysia, this is the worst hotel I encountered. The first hotel which I checked out the same day I checked in. The only positive thing about the hotel is the front desk who is nice and trying to help.The room may look ok generally when you first entered, however, when you look into details, your skin will crawls. There are little bugs flying around the bed, there is also a massive amount of little bugs crawling at the shower area. This room is infested with bugs. The WIFI and reception within the room is terrible as well, you can't use the internet with your pwn mobile line or WIFI at all. After thinking for some time, I decide to check out on the same day and booked another hotel elsewhere for the safety for my family. I highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone as this is unacceptable. It is walking distance to some simple eateries, pharmacies and cafes. Free parking provided for hotel guests. There is also a night market nearby presumably on weekends where you can get cheap street food and clothes/items. The room is OK, comfortable for a short stay. No in-room amenities such as toothbrushes/hair dryer provided.
