The industrial design of the hotel sets it apart from the other hotels. The location is strategic for sightseeing. Jonker walk at the left, you are in the heart of the Red Square and Mahkota Parade at the right side. It got the fantastic view of the Malacca river with boats parked in front. Wait for the sunset view. Area for improvement - bathroom is a bit mouldy, the main reception has no AC, poor noise control (you can hear the person next door coughing etc), bathroom is a wet room It was as expected for the price and having read the reviews. Location can’t be beaten. Suitable if you just want a place to shower and sleep. The amenities are adequate, the room was comfortable enough and both bedroom and bathroom are clean but run down. Some maintenance issues such as dripping faucet in the bathroom, curtains not hung properly due to missing hooks, a dent on the night table. Beside the hotel is the Police HQ and the other side is the Melaka River. The staff were friendly and the rooms come with basic complimentary breakfast like noodles, curry puff, egg, cake etc. Nice for a light breakfast. Its a small hotel, I think around 30 rooms or so. If you choose the room beside the river, you can have a nice view and very small balcony. Ours was facing the Police HQ. It can get noisy during the weekend due to night market which close at 12 midnight. walking distance to jonker walk and to the mega mall. They is a restaurant beside the hotel which usually open in the evening. Please have tour prepared eggs in a warmer and ,what about slices of bread with a toaster ? Eggs can not be consumed by itself. Feb 22, 2025 Liked: Staff & service スタッフの対応は普通。マラッカリバークルーズ発着地のほど近い場所にあり立地条件は良かった。あいにくリバー側ではなく通りに面してる裏側だったので朝早くから車の騒音が聞こえた。ペットボトル、粉コーヒー、パック紅茶、歯ブラシ有り。冷蔵庫完備。クーラー良好。バスタブ無しシャワーのみでお湯は出ず。しっかりとシャワーを浴びるには厳しい水温でした。 ##### ?? Bad part next to pier so had shades for privacy and a band on pier that played into the night. ##### Eugene Stayed 1 night in Jan 2022 ### 4/10 Poor #### MIEKO Jan 13, 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### トライショーの爆音が煩すぎです(-.-;) マラッカに宿泊するのは初めてだったので、 やはりオランダ広場の直ぐ近くのホテルをと思い選びました。夜も何処でも直ぐに徒歩で行けて立地は本当に最高だと思います。 でも近すぎるので、夜遅くまでトライショーの音楽の爆音が直に部屋に入ってくるので、とっても煩くてびっくりしました。 他の部屋のドアの開け閉めの音や上の部屋の足音も聞こえるくらいなので防音は全く期待しない方が良いと思います。 それに、せっかくロビーは広くて落ち着いた雰囲気なのに、メインの大きなシャンデリアが点灯して無いので、暗くて閑散とした感じになり非常に寂しい感じで腰をかけようとも思いませんでした。 ただ、お部屋はお値段の割に広めで清潔だと思います。 シャワーが固定なのと、フェイスタオルが無かったのが残念でしたが、お湯が出ないと報告したら直ぐに部屋に来てスイッチを入れてくれましたので、従業員は親切丁寧だと思います。 夜通し遊ぼうと思う方には、立地が良くてお安くて良いと思いますよー。 ##### MIEKO Stayed 1 night in Jan 2020 ### 8/10 Good #### Thomas Dec 23, 2019 Liked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities #### Great possibilities but not quite there Limited to one key (desk clerks said they were short of card keys - really?!?), no spare toilet paper, no separate shower stall (so walking in shower water when brushing teeth or doing makeup later), and poor noise insulation (especially if room faces main street). For relatively small investments, the owners and managers could make this a wonderful option. Avions réservé une chambre à l’avant au rez de chaussée (moins chère) mais qui s’est avérée assez sinistre. Avons changé pour une chambre à l’arriere Avec balcon vue sur la rivière, contre légère augmentation du prix. Vue très agréable sur la rivière et les allers-venues le long de la promenade. Mais beaucoup de bruit (très fort) jusque très tard du fait des animations musicales des établissements en face.
