The bed is too close to the wardrobe and the door can’t be opened so I was not able to use the wardrobe . Everything works well from wifi, electronics, water heater and aircons. Location was great as it's just 5-10 mins drive from central Malacca with many great dining options nearby. What a joke. The apartment was disgusting. Minimal furniture. Wall paint was delaminating. Curtains falling off rail. Balcony furniture rotting. Bathroom floor covered in soap scum. Old dirty bedcovers under kitchen sink. Bed stank. We burst into tears. Wifi access was detailed on a sign near the tv, but the password wasn't correct. Because we checked in late into the evening, and didn't have a means of identifying alternative accommodation, we slept in our clothes on the bed, and departed as early as we could the next morning, foregoing our (paid for) second night. Worst experience we've had in more than ten years of using on-line (sight unseen) hotel bookings.
