The staff are nice but the place is a little bit far from the haram and the hotel transportation service is not 24/7\. Many hotels offer 24/7 transportation from the hotel to haram but this hotel is limited.

Clean room, EXCELLENT staff, there was a glitch in our reservation but they were considerate enough to let us check in and even go to haram while they figured it out. Desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would give them 5 plus stars if i could.
