Discovery PRIMEA hotel is in the best central location in very luxurious Makati district. You walk out of reception right to the underpasses to cross busy street which connect you to a lots of amazing plazas with shopping and restaurants to your heart desire. Most important for us was to see physical evidence of police and security everywhere. We felt safe and protected. Most of Philippines speaks English and are very helpful. Our room was big, luxurious and clean. Buffet breakfast was good, including unusual choices of one dish from the menu. You could not find nicer people to serve you. Well done DISCOVERY PRIMEA !

Pleasant hotel for short stays. Small but efficient rooms. The rooms that I have stayed in are nice and quiet. Convenient to shopping, grocery store, etc. Not a lot of nice restaurants nearby, but many within a short taxi ride. The reception staff was very friendly and efficient and so was the breakfast staff. No juice on the breakfast buffet.
"Convenient location to shopping and restaurants."
My overall experience is wonderful. Although the hotel is old, it's location is convenient to everything and all the staff are respectful and helpful. And the most important thing for me is feeling safe in the area.
It was great!! Good food, professional staff and great location. The staff is very attentive and accommodating to my requests. Highly recommended like all Fairmont hotels all over the globe. Would definitely stay again in this hotel.

I will not return to a hotel if I did not like its service the last time.
This hotel is in a very good location. I specially liked it being walking distance to the Saturday Salcedo market in the open park around the area. The rooms are big with matching porch for additional space. Because of its sufficient size, I could hardly hear noise from the outside -- such as doors opening/closing, conversations, deliveries, etc.
I will stay again in this hotel the next time I'm in the Makati City area.

This is the commercial and financial centre of town, with Ayala Avenue considered the equivalent of New York’s Wall Street. Many multi-national companies have set up headquarters, alongside up-market shopping malls, luxury hotels, and a variety of cultural and recreational distractions. The relatively high numbers of ex-pats give the district a distinct cosmopolitan flavour.
