Staff are very welcoming, friendly and courteous. I like the rooms very much, well funished, large and quiet. I recommend they enhance their restaurant menu to include more local foods....especially when most of the visitors are foreigners, to try our local cuisine.

All I like about this hotel is the great location and the excellent staff with a heartwarming customer service. 95% of my stays in Manila is in this hotel and so far I've stayed 4 times. Roof Top Bar with an excellent view of manila is the best you can find. Besides that bf & room is good. A little bit more concentration on room cleanliness would be great.
This is the commercial and financial centre of town, with Ayala Avenue considered the equivalent of New York’s Wall Street. Many multi-national companies have set up headquarters, alongside up-market shopping malls, luxury hotels, and a variety of cultural and recreational distractions. The relatively high numbers of ex-pats give the district a distinct cosmopolitan flavour.
