"Nice hostel in convenient location in Makati"
Rooms are clean with no windows. Clean bathroom and showers with hot water. Common area is nice but a bit small. Choice for breakfast isn't too bad. I just had an issue with the microwave that started to make noise and smoke. That's something they should replace. Pretty good location next to malls and night market.

Great location and facilities. Love the modern decor. Staff was super helpful and responsive. Would recommend to anyone. Near several restaurants and close enough to Makati shopping areas that made it convenient for our quick stay.

"Hidden Gem of the Philippines"
Reception counter on 2nd floor, but escorted by professionally dressed staff. Aside from the location downtown among the auto parts and repair zone... We will be back to this hidden gem of a 4 star hotel in a couple months. Truly enjoyed our stay.

"Near the mail, quiet and near the airport."
There are lots of road construction going on right now including the airport area, so we decided to stay in Manila before our flight. We choose Joya Loft and Tower because it's a quiet area and steps from Rockwell, there's a passage that you can take to avoid crossing the street and when we stay it was raining. The staffs are very polite and helpful, the room is big enough for 2 for bachelor room, it's need and tidy. You have access to gym and swimming pool. You have 2 options where to have breakfast but I will recommend "Refinery" bcoz the serving is huge, taste really good (for me it's like home made) and it's not so busy. Most importantly it's only 30 mins away to the airport so no worry about traffic.

"Basic hotel no extras"
It was an ok place to sleep but no room comforts like a table or even a place to open your suitcase. A place to put your toiletries would be nice to. The breakfasts are the worst I have ever had book it without if you do.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, and very close to airport and all the shopping you could ever want. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are of a high standard. The only negative is you pay the premium for location and having a modern well equipped room.

Pocket Guide: Manila Makati Independent Hotels

This is the commercial and financial centre of town, with Ayala Avenue considered the equivalent of New York’s Wall Street. Many multi-national companies have set up headquarters, alongside up-market shopping malls, luxury hotels, and a variety of cultural and recreational distractions. The relatively high numbers of ex-pats give the district a distinct cosmopolitan flavour.
