Your vacation rental is a 2-room house spanning 50 square meters across two levels, boasting a south-facing position. The living/dining area features a double sofa bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a satellite TV with a flat screen and air conditioning. This area leads out to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on this level. The upper floor houses a room with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a satellite TV with a flat screen and air conditioning. This room also provides access to the terrace. Electric heating is available throughout the property.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation rental is well-appointed with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Air conditioning is provided to keep you cool during warmer months. A washing machine is available for your laundry needs, and a barbecue is perfect for outdoor grilling. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher for easy cleaning.
