« The property was immaculate and honestly such a pleasant surprise when opening the door. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. The only drawbacks on this occasion were the bedding and the property surroundings. The bedding had hairs and dirt marks across the covers and sheets which was quite unpleasant. The building itself you can tell was fully refurbished and completely new, which was a real highlight. The downside of that was that there is still construction around the property...

« Booked apartment for overnight stay in Newcastle, Got a call explaining I had to pick up keys in a different location that was in a difficult area to get to, I did this, I paid a large deposit that is not mentioned anywhere in booking details, the deposit was refunded upon return of the keys to the very difficult to get to hotel in Honeysuckle, a highly populated, extremely high traffic area . My opinion , disaster of a way to do things. Get a key lock box at property, it’s 2024 »

« The property itself is great, clean, modern and basically equipped. Getting in and out of the pool from the apartment required a bit of effort as there is no ladder. Not easy for young kids or older people. We did find an area just down from the apartment where you could use steps. The 40 degree weather didn’t help as the electricity went off several times for long periods. Only one control for both AC. Having to make your own bed at that price point is having a lend. »

« Enjoyed our stay. Everything you need is provided, though property is looking a bit tired overall, photos may need updating. The issue with property entry fobs is a security risk - garage was opening by itself at times when other residents were coming and going . Short walk through bush to the beach is nice. Overall comfortable stay. and excellent check-in process by caretaker. Would consider staying here again. »

"Complexe hôtelier tourné vers les familles et les loisirs aquatiques. Nous avions réservé un studio avec balcon donnant sur la piscine. Spacieux et très bien aménagé mais des vis-à-vis en direct. Malheureusement nous étions entourés de voisins très bruyants se réunissant au bord de la piscine et dans le jacuzzi. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, ce qui n'a pas posé de problème : nous avons même été surclassés dans un grand 2 pièces, de l'autre côté du complexe, au calme. Appartement très spacieux et très bien entretenu et équipé, avec lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge. Belle salle de bain avec baignoire jacuzzi. Bar et restaurant sur place (que nous n'avons pas testés). Shopping et options de restauration accessibles à pied. Un bon endroit pour séjourner et se détendre... si vos voisins sont calme"
