"The apartment was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. Everything you need in an apartment for a short stay was available (most importantly coffee and tea and a hot water boiler). We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. "We loved our stay so much we booked another night for the trip back. Albi is a beautiful village and the hotel is situated perfectly. On a more quiet street but very walkable to the cathedral, musée de Toulous-Laurtrec, the new walking bridge (very scenic), restaurants and more. The hotel has beautiful spacious rooms that are well equipped. The restaurant (be sure to reserve it books up) was phenomenal.
