We stayed just one night, but everything was good. The area around it is okay, but if you walked a couple of minutes there is some nice areas with nice restaurants. Also the hotel offers a patio area with a very nice bar.

The rooms were nice. The staff was super friendly and did an excellent job making us feel welcome. The TV had a lot of options in english including Netflix. I will definitely stay there again.

Location was excellent. Rooms were clean. Service was good. AC in room was very poor performing.

A/c did not work for two nights in a row and it was very hot in the room. Got a room change by day 3 but it unpleasant. Other than that, I would highly recommend

This is a lovely small older hotel next to the Sheraton. We had a suite room and it was quite spacious. However we did not receive a room upgrade and the room we were in was quite noisy with elevators and guests next door easily heard through the walls. The maid service was great and there were some incredible staff. These were Stefania at the front desk who was exceptional in every way, and Enzo in the restaurant who was also exceptional. When the winery is offering us a complimentary drink as part of our VIP experience it should be more than a mouthful.
