Le service rapide

Our room had bare floors, no carpet ! Wonderful for allergy sufferers. We had requested a no pets room, and no carpet was a real bonus. Very nice staff and accomodations, standard fare at the breakfast - but thoughtful and more well stocked than some.Plentiful parking. Grocery and coffee shop and fast food about 5 minutes up the road.

Staff were nice. Room wasn't clean outside of some fresh sheets - bathroom was horrible, hair and dirt present, no surfaces wiped or vacuumed (inside rooms or out), awful shower set up (impossible to turn on without getting blasted with ice cold water first), though the water pressure of that shower was fantastic. No restaurant, no laundry, no daily housekeeping, despite all of these being advertised on their site. Walls were paper thin with giggling and squealing from the corporate room parties happening. The courtyard is still pretty cool tho. The renovated rooms were BEYOND cheap looking.

The owners of the property should have the heating system running when guests are booked in prior to arrival. The person on the phone was impolite and dismissive. The employee onsite was extremely polite, helpful, competent and professional. She is the reason why I would return.
