« The house and location was great. We had alot of issues with the workings of the house Day one had problems with the plumbing up stairs toilet. It should of been fixed before we got there. No ice machine or hair dryer. We ended up having to buy our ice and hair dryer. Both of which you said was there? No dish clothes or dish towels, we had to use white wash clothes and hand towels. For a house that sleeps 14 we only had 6 plates. Dishes were very limited. We had nothing to clean up with,...

We had a small issue and they went way out of their way to help and ultimately allowing us to have the most amazing family vacation.
