There should a time posted at the bistro dining area. I also think it should be open longer for breakfast than 10am. Need a thermostat in the fitness center, it was a little warm while working out. The place was very clean staff was nice. Very happy with our stay.

Lazaria, the front desk person seemed like she could care less about what I needed. This person should be behind a desk and not in contect with people!! Basically i asked for a cart to carry luggage to my room. She grunted out "at the end of the hall way" I asked which way? her reply was either so I went to the right side and nothing, the I walked to the other side and nothing there either. I want back to ask for help and this time she said down by the elevator so I walked to the right and all the way down the hall to the elevator and NO cart! I went back to the front dest and asked for help... she shrugged her shoulders and was not willing to do anything. I will NEVER stay at this location again!

The room smelled of cigarette although I asked for non smoking. The rug in the room was stained with red dots that looked like blood stains. We didn’t get our room cleaned nor did we get fresh extra towels. I booked a room with “city view” but instead faced the inside of the courtyard. I wouldn’t book here again. It’s nothing like how it was advertised

We are disappointed you did not enjoy your stay with us. This facility is non smoking and we enforce this policy at check in. The red dots were not blood rather hair dye, we are looking to replace soon. We apologize we failed to meet you expectations.

I apologize, if we did not inform you, but microwaves are available upon request. hair dryers are located in the bathroom behind the door, and Courtyard brand hotels does not offer complimentary breakfast. Thank you for your feedback.

All the staff at this hotel go above and beyond to make you happy, comfortable and help you- including when your Uber Eats driver isn’t comprehending the room number- they’re on it. Love the ability to open the slider for fresh air and the rooms are cozy.

Not to Marriott’s standards
The hotel was run down. The room type I reserved was not available (not cleaned) and then we were given a king room but the bed was a queen. The room had a flickering light. Every day, our cards were deactivated and had to be reactivated by the staff. The staff was average. Our room was only cleaned once during a 3 night stay. The road noise was quite bad.

The property had areas that remained dirty during my stay. Garbage in the hallways and by the ice machine left for days. The garbage can outside filled and overflowing with all types of filth. The bathroom shower was clogged. The hotel also had permanent residents not just one or two multiple families. It felt like an apartment building complex! Never again!
