This house in Es Murtar, located on the island of Menorca, is a hidden gem offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. It is fully air-conditioned to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This house is perfect for those looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere on one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean.  
Perfect location for exploring Menorca: discover beaches, natural landscapes, culture and gastronomy from here.  
  
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.  
  
Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. Additional sets available for a charge of 5€/night per set  
  
One of the advantages offered by Es Murtar is its proximity to Mahón, the capital of the island of Menorca. This geographical location allows visitors to enjoy a wide range of activities and attractions in this town. Mahon is known for its impressive natural harbour and its lively promenade, which has numerous shops, bars and restaurants overlooking the sea.  
  
In addition, Mahon is an important cultural centre, boasting several museums and art galleries, as well as impressive architecture that reflects its rich history and heritage. It is also an ideal place for shopping, offering a wide variety of shops selling local produce, handicrafts and designer goods.  
  
It is also worth mentioning that Es Murtar is located in the vicinity of the beach of Sa Mesquida, which makes it a particularly attractive destination for visitors looking to enjoy the sun and the sea in an environment of great natural beauty. Sa Mesquida beach is known for its crystal clear water, soft white sand and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, making it an ideal place for water sports, sunbathing or simply relaxing.

500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay

#### La casa sotto le mie aspettative

L'isola di Minorca è stata una sorpresa bellissima con spiagge e paesaggi spettacolari. L'abitazione è situata in una zona tranquilla, a 10 minuti di auto da Mahon, la spiaggia del paese non è accessibile perché era piena di alghe è bisognava andare in altre spiagge. La casa è sviluppata su vari livelli che purtroppo non vengono descritti nelle caratteristiche della casa, stanze e servizi igienici al limite della superficie vivibile, dal mio punto di vista qualità prezzo non è molto reale. Diciamo che potrebbe andare bene per una famiglia con figli piccoli anche se con i vari dislivelli potrebbe risultare un pò pericolosa. Il manager della villa è stato veramente disponibile è gentile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. A Minorca tornerò volentieri.
