### Sweet little studio by the sea in a family area surrounding.

Wake up with favorite drink push the gate to walk the black sand beach of famous Pointe Venus beach.  
  
If you come in from November to February you can enjoy surfing right in front of the property.  
The rest of the year , just lay back and enjoy the floating chairs or the mat to beach bumming.  
The location is 2 kilometers from stores, bank, doctor, food truck …  
Pointe Venus beach is famous for the shooting of”the mutiny of the Bounty” also the place where came in the navigators like James Cook, Louis Antoine de Bougainville…  
In the room is equipped with microwave oven , water boiler, toaster, coffee machine.
