"Le personnel est très gentil mais cet hôtel n'est pas un 5 étoiles mais plutôt un 4.Nous avons demandé un check out tardif car notre vol était à 23h.On nous a dit que toutes les chambres étaient prises et on nous a proposé de nous doucher dans la salle de douche de la salle de sport ( étonnant !).nous avons cependant pu réserver une autre chambre ( on aurait même pu réserver 2 ) pour le coup l'hôtel n'était plus complet (bizarrement !).Le check in se fait à 15h , nous sommes arrivés à 12 h mais n'avons rien exigé avant l'heure convenue. Seulement une chambre était prête à 15h: la dame a commencé à voir mon agacement après 10 heures de vol et 3 heures d'attente. Les chambres étaient un lit double et un lit pliant, nous avons mis 2 lits pliants dans une chambre car les enfants voulaient être ensemble: on nous a accusé d'être plus que 6 : il n'y avait pourtant que le lit double dans l'autre. Les restaurants japonais et thaïlandais sont très bons, les autres manquent de goûts et de saveurs. Il n'y avait pas de pression d'eau dans les douches (je suis pourtant aller à plusieurs reprises le signaler : cela a été rétabli une fois). Il fallait que j'intercepte la dame d'entretien afin d'avoir une serviette pour les mains ( on y eu le droit que le premier jour!). C'est un bel hôtel mais pas un 5 étoiles malgré la gentillesse du personnel. "
