My feedback is meant to highlight areas for improvement, not to discourage anyone from choosing this hotel.However, there were several experiences that left me feeling frustrated, particularly because I was traveling with kids after a 36-hour trip and really hoped for a smoother arrival. Almost every hotel has a check-in time of 2–3 PM, and I completely understand that. I arrived around noon, and after answering several questions during the check-in process, it was already past 1 PM. I was told the room would be ready “shortly,” but we ended up having to wait until after 2 PM. What made it frustrating is that many hotels allow guests to enter the room a few minutes early if it’s already available — especially when they can clearly see the family is exhausted after long travel. Even a small gesture like that would have made a big difference.Throughout the stay, I felt like certain front-desk or bar staff were looking for a reaction instead of trying to be helpful. For example, I was at the pool enjoying a peaceful moment with my kids, but when the sun became too strong, I tried to move them to the shade quickly. Instead of allowing me to get them settle, the bar staff member sprinted over to stop me from leaving before"

"The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel’s beachfront location couldn’t have been better. The staff even came around with cooling towels to give to guests on the beach. The only small downside was some renovation noise near the lobby and pool, but overall I was very happy with my stay. I also had dinner on the property; although the staff were quite busy and meals came out at different times, they stayed attentive and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay.
