Step outside onto the expansive deck, where the beauty of the Kenepuru Sound unfolds before you. The open-plan living and dining area seamlessly blend indoor comfort with outdoor living, making it perfect for gathering together. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals to enjoy under the stars, while the short track leading down to your private beach adds a sense of adventure. With a dedicated boatshed, you can store your water gear with ease, ready for a day of fun.  
  
Inside, the well-appointed bedrooms provide plenty of space for the whole family to unwind after a day of exploring. The double garage offers additional storage options, and with ample off-street parking, there’s plenty of room for a boat or caravan. You’ll have everything you need to feel right at home in this secluded retreat.  
  
Just a short distance from Ohingaroa Bay’s boat ramp, it’s easy to explore the beautiful Kenepuru Sound by boat. For supplies, Havelock is only a 30-minute drive away, while the nearby Queen Charlotte Track offers hiking and biking opportunities.

As the property has unfenced access to the sea at the bottom of the section, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.As the steps to the beach are unrailed and slippery, all guests should take care in this area due to the risk of slips or falls.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
