The ladies were nice. The only thing is after I got back to the room and was about to get ready for bed there was a urine stain on the sheets!

Remote for tv didn’t work and front desk did not have any new batteries. Bathroom door would not close all the way. Fan in bathroom made a terrible noise.

Poor Quality and Service
The room has not been cleaned thoroughly when we arrived. There was an old bar of soap and hair in the bathtub. On our second night we arrived back to the hotel late to find they took our dirty towels and did not leave any clean ones. Also, twice I went to the lobby and couldn’t find anyone behind the desk or in the lobby area. And this is the first time I have stayed in a hotel where they didn’t make up the bed (even if I already made it up) and empty all the trash cans.

Great time!
Everything was great, from the friendly staff to cleanliness of the room and the rest of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast had some of the best biscuits and gravy I’ve had in a long while! Will definitely be on my return list.

I love going to my hometown and the visit was really nice. Going home visiting with my friends and family. They put us in a nice room this time with a pool view. Thanks Quilty Inn for a great stay. When I’m in the city I will definitely stay again…

There was a desk chair that was missing an arm and shouldn’t been in there. Ice machine and vending machine was not working. When taking a shower the water knobs were not working properly. Toilet wasn’t clean. One of the towels were stained. The power socket where the coffee machine was located did not work. People hanging out in the parking lot drinking. We were very uncomfortable and didn’t feel safe to try the breakfast. Couldn’t get out of there quick enough. When checking out there was a bell to get service but it wasn’t there at check in and several of us had to wait until someone showed up to help and one man got frustrated and walked off.

Room was hot…around 85 degrees. Bathroom floor was wet and very slick. Mike fell and hurt his knees due to the slick floor. Room is starting to cool down after 3 hours.

The first of my 2 night stay there was a LOUD voice cursing outside about 12:45 AM. It woke me up and lasted about 30 minutes. I tried to call front desk but room phone was dead. Nest morning I told the front desk person that my phone didn't work and was told it would be fixed. That night the phone still didn't work!!
