"I found everyone to be kind and helpful. I really loved the fitness center. I had a great workout every morning. The child towels added a touch of luxury. The music is a little loud, but everything else was super. "

"Rooms were large and very nice. I stayed on the 13th floor and the view was not very pleasant. Right by fire escape window the view was the inside the building. Over all amazing experience hospitality was the best i have ever experience. Would recommend even though the outside view was the building was sore eye site. Just keep the curtains closed. "

"Clean property overall, cleaning staff did not clean our room daily and we had to ask for towels and wash clothes. It is close and in walking distance of restaurants and shopping."

"The location is amazing, right on Michigan Avenue, across the street from the park, a few blocks south of the river. The staff was friendly and efficient when I checked in, asked a few questions, and checked out. The room was great... nicer than I imagined. I would have liked daily room service. And the property really needs a reasonably priced breakfast place."

"The location was great we walked to the Shedd aquarium in no time. The hotel was nice, we found it really irritating that we were constantly asked to join Hilton rewards by the staff standing at the elevators. Also you can not control the room temperature it was so hot and their solution was to open the windows which had no screens and it was pouring rain and everything was getting wet. They do not clean rooms or bring clean towels you have to call and ask every time you want clean towels. The history of the place is cool and they do have a Starbucks and restaurants. There is no complimentary breakfast. I’d honestly give this place a 3.5/5 stars. "

"Shops outside of the Hotel were near by. The room was ok but very dusty. Never was showed where the Spa was. The checking in was good, but throughout our stay not once did the staff acknowledged us no Hi no smile was kind of surprised because normally that’s what hotel staffs do is acknowledged the guests not even the doorman. Had a situation with elevator we got stuck in it no one came to help us luckily the door opened and we were able to get out right away there was a lady at the desk as we came out my daughter explained to her what happened she was just like “oh ok”and asked if we were ok my daughter told her no “I think my mom is having a panic attack “I have never experienced a panic attack so I wasn’t sure if that’s what I was experiencing but if it was it was a terrible feeling. She just offered a bottle of water but didn’t asked if she needed to get help for us nothing. I wasn’t expecting special treatment but at least some sort of compassion. As for our checking out was a good experience the staff that was on were so bubbly and just happy people they checked us out and for the 1st time since our 6 days stay were told “thank you for staying with us and have a great day” Wow I told my daughter a good greeting on our last day OK we’ll take it. I don’t know about staying here our next trip to Chicago but it is very convenient to everything. 😉"
