"Nice hotel. No parking need to valet. Dusty room. Breakfast wasn’t any good. 2 nights stay. Would refer to others because issues could be fixed. Yes I would give it another try. Need you to know. Room was dusted and cleaned after I requested. Fixable!!"

"We needed a place to stay downtown for three weeks and this worked out perfectly. From the moment we checked in the staff were attentive and contacted us throughout our stay to find out if we needed anything. We had a one-bedroom suite and while it could definitely use a face-lift, it was clean, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the maid service checked with us every day to see if we needed service, even though it was only scheduled for every other day. "Pros: Nice room with appliances, furniture, TV, etc. The area was great and easily walkable to Michigan Avenue. Some of the housekeepers I talked to were really sweet. My room wasn't completely clean when I first checked in (trash in the bin, bar soap in the shower, etc). The breakfast also wasn't very good and there weren't good options for someone with dietary restrictions. I only ate it twice and decided to eat at some of the fabulous brunch places in the area instead. "
