Mar 2, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Cozy cabin in close proximity to area attractions We enjoyed the cabin ambiance (wood interior, gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit, giant loft bedroom) without having to make a long drive up and down narrow mountain roads to a more remote location. This cabin is cozy and conveniently located in Maggie Valley. It looks just like the pictures. Note, there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal which was a slight adjustment for us. I had a couple of questions, and the owner quickly responded every time. In my opinion, I think it is an ideal space for a group of four people or less, although it can accommodate more. Nothing like sitting on the porch, sitting coffee, watching the elk stroll by! Now that is truth in advertising! Loved this cozy cabin for our group of 3 (hubs, college-age son, and myself). Each night, we prepared dinner and ate on the screened porch out back. Played cornhole and watched the sky change at dusk. The view is beautifuly--very quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes from the main thoroughfare in Maggie Valley. Beds were very comfy but note that they are located in the sleeping loft in case you have someone in your party who cannot navigate stairs. Our son slept on the futon. Lots of fans and window units to keep loft cool while separate a/c unit downstairs. Sit on the porch and listen to the babbling creek nearby; you'll love it. ##### shari l.
