You will find Ca Sina, a cosy rustico cottage dating from the 18th century, nestled in the heart of Someo, Switzerland. This charming two-storey vacation rental is positioned in the centre of Someo, located 20 km from Locarno, just 50 m from the edge of the forest and 200 m from the river, with a pleasant west-facing aspect. The property provides Internet Wifi connectivity to keep you connected during your stay, and Parking is conveniently available 100 m away on the road for an additional fee. Motor access is available to the house, though you will need to walk along a 100 m footpath to reach the entrance. The accommodation is suitable for 4 adults seeking a peaceful retreat in this picturesque location.

A golf course with 18 holes can be reached at 21 km, while ski slopes are accessible at 22 km distance. The well-known ski region of Bosco Gurin is located 22 km away, and the renowned Lago Maggiore is easily reachable for day trips.

Nearby attractions include the stunning Vallemaggia valley, Foroglio and Mogno villages, the impressive Maggiatal-Schlucht gorge, the Flusshängebrücke von Giumaglio suspension bridge, and the spectacular Cascata di Foroglio waterfall. The pebble beach "Maggia" is just 200 m from your doorstep, while the bus stop "Someo (Linie 315)" is equally close at 200 m. For winter sports enthusiasts, the slopes are 22 km away, with the Bosco Gurin ski region at the same distance. Lake Maggiore is within easy reach for scenic excursions and water activities.

You will be staying at "La Curtascia", a charming 4-room house that spans 80 m2 across 2 levels in a west facing position. This vacation property is suitable for 5 adults and features practical and antique furnishings throughout. The main level includes a dining room with a low door height of 175 cm, which is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, flat screen, radio, DVD player, and heating stove. The open kitchen comes with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine, with capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso) available as an extra, along with an electric heater. You will find a shower and WC on this floor, which has underfloor heating and natural stone floors. The upper floor, accessible by an exterior staircase, contains three bedrooms. The first room has a low door height of 175 cm and is furnished with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and an electric heater. The second room, also with a low door height of 175 cm, features 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and an electric heater. The third room has a low door height of 175 cm and contains 1 sofabed (120 cm). A separate WC is located on the upper floor as well. You will also have access to a small terrace of 12 m2 in a west facing position, complete with terrace furniture and offering views of the mountains and the resort.

Your vacation accommodation provides several amenities to enhance your stay. You are welcome to bring pets, as a maximum of 1 pet or dog is allowed. The property features a fireplace for your enjoyment, along with a private patio where you can relax. Heat is available throughout the house to ensure your comfort. You will have access to a television for entertainment, and the property has a maximum capacity of 5 guests. The house includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom to accommodate your needs. Internet access via WiFi is also provided as part of the facilities.
