Large, beautiful, comfortable villa "Caloye", renovated in 2022, surrounded by trees. In the hamlet Caloye 3 km from the centre of Magescq, 8 km from the centre of Soustons, 20 km from the centre of Dax, 17 km from the sea, 8 km from the lake, 17 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 8'000 m2 with trees, beautiful garden to relax, pond, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 175 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with shutter cover. Terrace. Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "St Geours de Marenne" 8 km, sandy beach "Vieux-Boucau/Soustons/Messanges" 17 km. Golf course (27 hole) 21 km. Nearby attractions: Seignosse 20 km, Hossegor 25 km, Bayonne 50 km, Biarritz 55 km, San Sebastian 100 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Soustons 8 km, Lac d'Hossegor 25 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.  
5-room villa 200 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: large living/dining room 70 m2 with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Small office with TV (flat screen). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with dining table. Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin and shower. Large gallery. Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Heating, air-conditioning. 2 balconies, south-west facing position and north-east facing position, 2 terraces partly covered, south-west facing position and north-east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (8). Beautiful view of the lake, the swimming pool and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.
