従業員の方の心遣いが日本らしくて良かったです。外国人の従業員の方のもいらっしゃって、日本語はまだ聞き取りにくいこともありましたが、一生懸命さが伝わってきて好感持てました。

客室に掘り炬燵があり、家庭的なおもてなしで、リラックスできます。渓流沿いの露天風呂も、他にないと思います。また行きたくなる宿です。

#### 킨세이칸 세세라기 생각보다 별로였음

\- 숙소 청결상태는 괜찮았으나, 가족탕의 경우 냄새가 나고 관리상태가 별로여서 가족탕을 이용하지 않았음. (개인차가 있을수 있으나, 료칸을 많이 이용해본 경험상 관리상태 별로였음) - 비싼 가격(1박 50만원)에 비해 객실 구성이 열악함 (욕실없는 방을 주어, 힘들게 요청하여 1명 겨우 서 있을수 있을 정도의 욕실 딸린 방으로 변경함) → 이 과정에서 친절도가 다소 떨어진다고 느꼈음 - 남여공용 노천탕으로, 제대로 이용할수가 없었음. 사전정보가 없었던점이 아쉬웠음. - 석식으로 제공된 가이세티 정식도 한우 샤브샤브가 아닌 돼지고기 샤브샤브가 나와 아쉬웠음. (가격에 비해 재료를 아꼈다는 사소하지만 서비서의 질 차이가 느껴짐) \*종합평 : 사진에 보여진 이미지보다 요소요소가 다소 열악한 곳이 있다고 느껴졌음. (1박에 35만원선이 적당하다고 생각함)

● 가격대비 제공 서비스 불만족 - 1박에 50만원 가량을 지불하였으나, 체크인시 욕실이 없는 방을 배정해 너무 당황스러웠음. (예약당시, 온라인에 객실 내부 사진이 없었기 때문에 확인 불가능하였음) - 노천탕이 혼탕이라 갈수 있는 시간대가 부족하였음. 사전정보가 제공되면 좋겠음. - 가족탕이 있긴 하였으나, 막상 가보면 좋지 않은 냄새가 났으며, 내부 상태도 좋지 않아 이용하기 어려웠음. \* 결국 노천탕도 이용하지못하고, 가족탕도 이용하지 못하고, 대중탕만 씻는 목적으로 이용함.. ㅜ.ㅜ ● 식사도 카이세키 정식으로 제공되었으나, 소고기가 아닌 삼겹살 샤브샤브가 나옴...다른 료칸은 그정도 가격이면 소고기가 나오는데, 사소한 거지만 여러가지로 서비스의 질이 차이가 난다고 느낌. ● 주변 편의시설, 관광지는 어차피 대략 알고 간 거였기 때문에 스키장과 등산을 하지 않을 목적이라면 즐길거리가 부족하다는 점을 참고하면 좋을거 같음. ● 기타, 직원들은 대부분 친절하였음.

#### 値段を考えると可もなく不可もなく。

良かった点 ・朝の湯加減が最高 ・せせらぎの湯からの眺めが素晴らしい ・夕食の天ぷらが揚げたて ・お夜食(おいなりさん)のサービス ・お風呂に持って行くカゴがカラフルなので間違わない ・至る所にアート(絵)や可愛い小物があって素敵 残念だった点 ・チェックイン後、お部屋にスタッフさんが来てくれたのでお茶を淹れてくれるかと思ったら淹れてくれなかった。 ・食事の部屋(個室)が暗く、大きなテーブルではなく1人ずつ小さなテーブルだったこと。6名だったが、距離があり互いにお酌もできないし、食事の時にあまり盛り上がらなかったので大きなテーブルの方が良かった。 ・夜のお風呂がかなりぬるかった。露天風呂もぬるくて寒かったのですぐに上がりました。翌朝は熱くなっていてよかったです。 ・夕食のお味噌汁が具(人参や大根)が固くて味が薄かった... レビューが高かったので期待しすぎたのかもしれません。

渓流沿いの立地が素晴らしく、温泉の湯量も豊かで満足。食事も丁寧な作り方で良かったが品数が多すぎて、もう少し絞り込んだ方が良いのではと感じた。
