(개인차가 있을수 있으나, 료칸을 많이 이용해본 경험상 관리상태 별로였음) - 비싼 가격(1박 50만원)에 비해 객실 구성이 열악함 (욕실없는 방을 주어, 힘들게 요청하여 1명 겨우 서 있을수 있을 정도의 욕실 딸린 방으로 변경함) → 이 과정에서 친절도가 다소 떨어진다고 느꼈음 - 남여공용 노천탕으로, 제대로 이용할수가 없었음. 사전정보가 없었던점이 아쉬웠음. - 석식으로 제공된 가이세티 정식도 한우 샤브샤브가 아닌 돼지고기 샤브샤브가 나와 아쉬웠음. (가격에 비해 재료를 아꼈다는 사소하지만 서비서의 질 차이가 느껴짐) \*종합평 : 사진에 보여진 이미지보다 요소요소가 다소 열악한 곳이 있다고 느껴졌음.
