Very nice stay. The staff at the front desk was super helpful and lovely. The standard rooms are small and honestly, not worth the money. Overall the hotel is way too expensive. You can get a 5* hotel for this price. However, the beds are really comfortable. Big downside is the service on the roof terrace. have been there every day, and if you order cockrail, even the very basic one, which I can whip up at home in 2 minutes, it took around 30 minutes, and friends who ordered the beer or soft drinks were finished by the time you get the cocktail for a long time. Even the terrace was not full in the afternoon, it was the same story. Never had to wait for a drink so long as here.

Third stay here. Smells of industrial strength air freshener. Shower water temp fluctuates hor and cold in 45 second cycles. Curtain rod broken so drapes wouldn’t open and close. Hotel name sign outside front of building caught fire and clients were not asked to vacate. It was an odd stay.

Great hotel clean good service. Loud neighbour hood so bring your earplugs. It was unseasonably warm but ac was not an option so we had to have windows open and in Madrid they love to stay out late

Very nice hotel - clean and perfectly located. Sometimes I would be woken up by the room next door in the morning who seemed to have a wake up service perhaps (otherwise just noisy when leaving their room). The hotel did not have an adapter for North American plugs or umbrellas at the disposal of their guests which I think can be a nice added plus to great hospitality and practical for guests.

Talk about hospitality! I spent my birthday here and the staff was so present, so warm, so welcoming from the moment I checked in through the entire stay and even after check-out. They made me feel special, and even surprised me with a little gift the day of! The location is so central, it's really easy to get everywhere. It was a quick walk to Gran Via, the Chueca nightlife is alive and well, and the bartenders at the Terraza have great suggestions and warm service. I stayed in the suite room and it was PHENOMENAL. There is a tub, the room has bluetooth capability throughout, and an espresso machine. It was the absolute best hotel stay I have experienced so far. Truly I want to thank them so much from the bottom of my heart for making my birthday special this year. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Great staff, very friendly and helpful to tourists. The Hotel has a great location 1 block from La Gran Via. They don't have air conditioning in the winter months but just crack open a window and get some cool air. Overall an excellent experience.

Had a great stay at Room Mate Óscar. All of the staff was exceptionally warm and friendly. The room was very large and clean. The location is central to everything, and really great for LGBT nightlife. My only complaint was the with the climate control system. It was always a little stuffy in the room, and the double windows were done in a way that made it difficult to open them for air circulation. Despite that, I would definetly stay here again.

Chose this Hotel for the location which was perfect for me. The front staff was more than kind and made me feel welcomed. While the room and bathroom was perfectly clean and fit for me, the location of my room was less desirable. They gave me a room of an inside court that was filled with large metal piping and cement walls. Unfortunately, weather was rather rainy and the rain hitting the piping was loud and kept waking me up. I would book this hotel but i would need to know what kind of room. I would of gave the hotel 9 out of 10 until I opened the windows and the it dropped to a 5 out of 10.
