Exquisite everything. Top Notch! My wife had been recommended this hotel and I had my reservations about paying extra for a 4 star but well worth it in the end.

Loved the location. The staff was great. The room was upgraded and was huge with a view of the street, which was bustling and beautiful. The room was modern and shower was amazing!

This is the second time staying in this hotel and we will for sure come back. We love it. This is a luxury hotel. Super beautiful, very comfortable and with amazing staff. The location is perfect. In a very clean, pretty and safe area. Also it's walking distance from Madrid's top attractions. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel! The hotel was very clean and the room was very spacious! The staff were very accommodating! The breakfast buffet offered something for everyone!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las instalaciones son nuevas, el desayuno muy bueno, en el cuarto se agradece que te dejen algunas cosas de limpieza como cepillo de dientes, rastrillo, entre otras; también dejan a parte de la secadora plancha para el cabello que es una maravilla. El personal es muy atento, la habitación que nos tocó tenía balcón y el panorama es muy agradable, sin duda lo recomiendo.

Great hotel / great location Consider this hotel is just next to Jw marriot and four seasons Breakfast is really good The only bad thing i had to call 4 days of my 10 night stay to get a 4th towel they would only leave 3 my reservation was clear But they sent it in super fast

Television had next to none as far as American choices. The air conditioning seemed to have a problem cooling the room.( Perhaps it was broken) Outside of that the Regina was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely happy and helpful. The maid service and cleanliness was outstanding as well. Great walking distance to all areas. Subway terminal is right out front as well.The breakfast was over the top! We looked forward to it everyday! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent hotel at center of the city, 3 minutes walking to Sol station, the best breakfast ever, and it’s free with VIP Assess member, very friendly and helpful staff. They even packed lunch for us since we had an early morning tour to Toledo. Definitely will recommend to friends or anyone visiting Madrid.

This is an exceptional hotel, with a wonderfully attentive and warm staff. Our room was the size of an NYC studio apartment. The breakfast buffet was impressive. Close to major attractions and transportation options. A jewel/gem of a find. We'll be staying here the next time we are in Madrid.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Regina in Madrid. The location is wonderful. It is right in the heart of the city and very close to a metro stop making it easy to get around. There are lots of places to eat very close and it is about a block off Grand Via with all the shopping, but without all the noise. The breakfast buffet was included in my reservation. I thought it was well stocked with many options, although the options varied little from day to day. I don't know that I'd pay extra for the buffet but I enjoyed having it included with my stay. My room was fantastic. I was upgraded to a room with a little private balcony. It was too cold to really go out and enjoy it, but I could see it being really pleasant in warmer weather. Overall, I thought the hotel was fantastic and would definitely stay there again if I return to Madrid.

I felt that the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing and everything in my room was wonderful. I am so glad that I stayed at Hotel Regina. The location is perfect and staying here really helped make my trip to Madrid special.

Excellent location. Rooms on small size. Courtyard room was quiet however window overlooks a extractor fan, food smells came into the room when opening the bathroom window. No view of sky just other rooms. Better quality slippers would be great as these appeared used. Bathroom was excellent a large bench below double sink was very convenient to put things on.
