Radisson Blu Madrid is very well located to museums, shops and restaurants as well as the train station. On the positive side, rooms although small are well appointed; breakfast is excellent including many healthy options. On the negative side, there is limited sitting space outside the restaurant; common areas could be cleaner and better kept as well as bathrooms and elevators; one of the elevators malfunctioned at least on two separate days and we had no hot water over a period of 10-12 hours; I used the stairs on a daily basis and found that carpeting was never vacuumed over a week and half period. I would recommend more attention to cleanliness of these spaces on an ongoing basis.

This is a lovely traditional hotel located in an ideal location to explore the museums in the area. The room was good with a small balcony. Breakfast was excellent especially the scrambled eggs and cappuccinos. Laundry was very quick! The open air restaurants across the street were great for a meal or drinks.

Our experience at the Radisson Blu hotel was absolutely incredible! Arriving early for check-in, we were met with the most wonderful surprise thanks to Francisco's exceptional service. He not only checked us in well before the official time but also treated us to an incredible room upgrade. This early check-in truly transformed our stay in Madrid into something delightfully pleasant. It left us feeling completely refreshed, allowing us to eagerly embark on an evening of city exploration. I can't recommend this hotel enough! The top-notch rooms and the genuinely friendly staff added an extra layer of joy to our journey. Huge thanks to Francisco and the entire team for making our time there so fantastic!

Very well designed facilities - comfortable beds and bedding - good quality - great shower!! Staff friendly and helpful - liked availability of water, apples, cookies in reception - water in the room - great hotel - we would recommend highly !!

Wonderful hotel! Close to Prado and hop on hop off bus. Amenities were outstanding. Rooms were clean and roomy. The breakfast included with stay was fantastic. Would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Good hotel close to Prado
This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Radisson Blu Prado and if we go to Madrid again we intend to stay here again. It’s a smart, relaxed, friendly, quiet hotel close to the Prado museum. There are some excellent value local restaurants and it’s easy to get to from the airport using the metro.

Great Vacation Spot
The Hotel's Staff was amazing. After a long flight from the U.S. it was nice to be greeted with kindness and professionalism. I traveled with my sister and mother and we added the breakfast to our package. Which again, was amazing. My mother who was on crutches could not walk up the stairs and immediately the front desk representative took her to the staff elevator to accommodate her. The hotel location was perfect to all bus transportation and taxis.

The Radisson Blu is conveniently located to museums, restaurants, shopping and main train station yet quiet and safe. Staff are very well trained and friendly. Rooms are well appointed and well kept.

During the heat wave my air conditioning was not working. They came to check it and insisted it was working. It was easily 10 degrees cooler in the lobby than in my room. Then found out there was a charge to use the pool 25 Euro per hr/pp. I’ve stayed in nice and not so nice hotels across the world never seen a separate pool charge.
