"Excellent location on the Grand Via. My only recommendation, in my opinion, would be is to skip the upgraded hot tub room. The tub had a strong musty odor and was barely warm. I did bring it to the attention of the staff, who were most helpful, and was told a technician would look at it while we were out for the day. We also had to sign a waiver for the temperature to be elevated, this was not an issue and I completely understood. Unfortunately the hot tub was not addressed and I’m not even sure...

"The property was very nice, nrwlt decorated, and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. However, i probably would not choose to stay there again because of the lack of onsite staff. The app was generally effective but if something goes wrong (like breaking your phone) then you no longer have access to any communication with the hotel. Also, there is no air conditioning and if you open the windows it is too loud to sleep."
