Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.  
  
Welcome to Nocera, a charming 2-bedroom apartment nestled in the vibrant Arapiles neighborhood. This area gives a taste of the traditional life in Madrid, perfect for soaking up the local culture and flavors. With its stylish design and comfortable amenities, Nocera offers an inviting retreat for your stay in this dynamic city.  
  
Spanning 95 square meters, Nocera is designed to provide you with a seamless blend of modern convenience and aesthetic appeal. As you enter, you'll be greeted by an open and spacious living room that boasts a full entertainment system, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. A dedicated workstation in the living area caters to any work or study needs you may have during your stay.   
  
The dining table is thoughtfully integrated into the living space, offering a cozy setting for enjoying meals or planning your day's adventures. The fully furnished kitchen, complete with all necessary appliances, includes a charming breakfast nook where you can start your mornings with a cup of coffee and a delightful view.  
  
The apartment offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen-size bed for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom, providing added convenience and privacy, and a dedicated workstation. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, offering a relaxing escape after a day of exploration. The second detached bathroom is chic and functional in design.   
  
The beach design theme throughout the apartment infuses a sense of tranquility and relaxation into the ambiance, creating a soothing backdrop for your stay. Air conditioning is provided to ensure your comfort, allowing you to maintain an ideal temperature throughout your time in Madrid. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.
