The living-dining room is perfectly integrated with the American kitchen, creating a cosy and practical environment. In the living room, you will find a sofa bed, flat-screen television, air conditioning, and a dining table with capacity for several diners.   
  
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge, microwave, oven, induction hob, and kettle, ideal for preparing meals just like at home.   
  
The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe/closet.   
  
The full bathroom is equipped with a shower tray, washbasin with mirror, and all the necessary elements for your comfort.

Tetuán is a vibrant and multicultural district in northern Madrid, composed of six neighbourhoods: Bellas Vistas, Berruguete, Almenara, Valdeacederas, Cuatro Caminos and Castillejo. Almenara, where Cañaveral Street is located, is characterised by traditional housing and a strong working-class identity, now mixed with modern ventures and diverse commerce
