This exclusive apartment is both spacious and luminous and it has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Let’s do a small tour around all the facilities. CLASSIC MEETS MODERN The living room It’s the main treasure of the apartment. It is divided into two different spaces, one that acts as the dining area and the living room and relaxation area. In it you will find a 55 inches Smart TV with pay-per-view channels, as well as a PlayStation4 that can be used both as a game console and a Blu-Ray player. The dining area has a large marble table that can accommodate up to 10 people. ...a warming greeting The entrance hall has been decorated with premium designer furniture as we consider it is very important that our guests feel at home from the very first moment they step into the apartment. It is the perfect spot to relax and read a book. COLORFUL AND BRIGHT Master Bedroom A This impressive master bedroom has two individual beds of 90 x 190 cm. It also has a separate space that can be used as an office as well as an ensuite bathroom. The room has plenty of natural light coming in through the balcony. About all our Beds We highly value your rest. All the beds are made to the highest standards of comfort; all the mattresses and pillows are memory foam and hypoallergenic, as it is all the 100% cotton made bed lining. COZY AND RELAXING Master Bedroom B This room has a queen size bed of 180 x 200 cm. It has a desk in which you can work at, walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom in which you will find a hydro-massage shower. A BRIGHT SPOT Master Bedroom C This beautiful and luminous master bedroom has a queen size bed of 180 x 200 cm, a desk to work at and an ensuite bathroom. CLEAN, SIMPLE AND BEAUTIFUL TWIN Trundle A This beautiful and minimalist room includes two individual beds (90 x 190 cm) and one of them is also a folding bed, which can be put away in case only one person is staying in the room. The bathroom is just next door. FOR KIDS & ALL AGES Trundle B This bedroom is specially though and decorated for children and teenagers, but having 2 90 x 190cm individual beds it can also be perfectly used by two grown ups. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, communication with property manager was easy and always got a prompt response. The apartment was clean and ver spacious , plenty of room for our family of 7\. And the LOCATION! It was in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars and grocery stores. It’s in an elegant, prewar apartment building with one large apartment per floor. Very comfortable for 6, ok for 8 but was tight for 10\. 2 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (the shower in one exploded when the faucet came off and there were no doors so everything flooded-the manager said they were fixing the shower from a prior stay but they didn’t inform us. The two small bedrooms are very small with bunk beds which were not appropriate for teenagers. We loved the old-world elegance, big common spaces and location. ##### Robin T. It’s well appointed and in a wonderful location in Centro. As well, Heima is such a delight to work with. She was always available and responsive about the house and in helping us with things to do. We were able to walk almost every where including the Prado, parks, Marketplace, and restaurants. It’s also very quiet and the beds were comfortable. If you are traveling from the US, you’ll want to get a few converter boxes that are round and can be inserted into a circle since the electrical plugs are inverted into the walls. Heima was able to direct us to where we could quickly buy new converters, but if you have a short trip it would be more efficient to have them with you. Truly an amazing home and a wonderful time. The location is fantastic, restaurants and shops all around. I’m walking distance if everything. Apt is immaculate, check in process was seem less. There were a lot of extras like enough coffee, sugar, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels etc we didn’t have to go buy more. There were 8 people in our group and so much space and separation if needed. Everyone had their own space and quiet areas. Simply perfect!! 10 stars! communication Heima Homes (Raul and Miguel) was fantastic! We opted for transport service from airport to the apt and its was seamless and worth the money to go from plane to car. Thank you Heima Homes! ##### Gina W. Déçus pour les deux couples qui nous accompagnaient Et de nombreux petits dégâts non réparés exemple pieds de chaises qui ne tenaient pas, un pick dans la baignoire, le bras droit du fauteuil d entrée abîmé et caché sur un plaid.. The beds were super comfortable, they were memory. Perfect for the five of us. Great square down the street and great places to eat. Grocery 5 minute walk everything is close by. ##### margie u. We had a wonderful time at this lovely apartment. The beds were comfortable, the Air Conditioning was great on hot days. The internet only works in the living room, but that was fine as we were out in the city most of the days. The group from Heima Homes were good about getting back to me when I needed questions and they arranged transfers to and from the airport which really helped us. It is in a perfect location close to most points of interest in the city. There are excellent places to eat in the area. It is busting with life, feels very safe and not noisy. We stayed during the heat of summer, and the air conditioning worked well in the living and dining rooms and fairly well in most bedrooms (the room that we used as the master bedroom struggled a bit). There is no air conditioning in the kitchen or bathrooms / dressing room, though this is standard I believe for the area. The apartment is located in what we thought was a perfect area - away from the main tourist areas so not too busy, yet full of restaurants and bars to walk to in a lively but not crowded setting. A few tourist sites are minutes' walk away while others we reached by taxi no more than 10 minutes or so. Wonderful location! ##### Deborah L.
