It has a small, minimalist and well-kept living room with a sitting area, a sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. Please note that as it is on the ground floor, there is little sunlight but it has very good exterior lighting. The open-plan kitchen includes essential appliances, as well as cooking utensils and crockery. There is a washing machine and ironing equipment available for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, including bed linen. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay! This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Précisions sur l’appréciation globale : pour la propreté, les prises électriques ne sont pas nettoyées ni les sangles pour fermer les volets ainsi que les barreaux du sèche serviettes, les parois de la douche ne sont pas étanches( il est utile de vérifier la bonne évacuation de la douche). La proximité du bar n’est pas signalée dans l’annonce, heureusement le vendredi soir n’a pas été bruyant au delà de minuit, la résidence est calme excepté le ramassage des poubelles tous les matins dans le hall. Les photos laissent imaginer une grande chambre et un séjour plus grand, les paillasses aux fenêtres ne donnent pas de luminosité. Récupérer les clés et les laisser sur la table est très pratique. Appel auprès de Abritel pour la procédure de récupération des clés a permis d’apporter l’éclairage suffisant pour faciliter la compréhension de la procédure. Ce commentaire a vocation à améliorer la location de ce logement. Je peux compléter ce message par un message oral. ##### Nadine P.
