Fantastic location! Almost everything was within walking distance. The rooms were impeccable for a four star rental. We did run into some problems here and there at Gran Via but luckily their friendly staff were kind enough to attend to our needs almost immediately. That's the great thing about this service apartment, it's almost hotel-like in the sense that they have a 24 hour front desk with staff ever--ready to help. Big thank you to Reydel and Alberto for so kindly looking into our needs. Will definitely stay here again!

Strategic location. Big, clean & comfortable room. Fully equipped kitchen, but missing a water kettle. Would definitely come again if in the area.
