This 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment is located a few minutes away from Gran Via and Tribunal. The location is very central and ideal for seasonal stays. 1G Internet makes it easy to connect to work. The distribution of the apartment is focused on maximizing natural light to make seasonal stays more pleasant. The apartment is flooded with light, but can be completely darkened. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The living room and the kitchen with its dining room separate the 2 bedrooms, which gives both rooms a great level of privacy. The living room sofa converts in seconds into up to 2 double beds. Retracting the bed and having the sofa available again is also a matter of seconds. Apartment has everything needed. In the center of Madrid and once we had our bearings it was easy to walk almost anywhere. Günter was prompt and on the spot for any questions or issues. Communication was great.
