It is small but modern and on Calle Preciados between Callao and Puerta del Sol: THE MOST CENTRAL LOCATION OF THE CAPITAL. With capacity for up to 4 people, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building located on a pedestrian street with an elevator. Despite this, you will have to go down the stairs, because the elevator stops on the 3rd floor. In such a way that you will have to go down to the apartment or go up the stairs. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. You will have to deal with some stairs. It is divided into a living-dining room area with modern decoration and a double sofa bed, an open equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. In addition, it has a bathroom. It is a modern apartment with an unbeatable location on the emblematic Preciados street, designed and decorated with great care. The apartment is small but with high ceilings, which provides a feeling of spaciousness and space that is not common in this type of apartment.
