The living room features a comfortable sofa and a TV, ideal for relaxing and watching your favourite shows or films after a day of work or study. The kitchen, integrated into the same space, is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite meals.   
  
The bedroom, located under the sloped ceiling typical of attic spaces, creates a cosy and charming atmosphere. The bathroom is fully equipped to provide you with everything you need for daily comfort.   
  
A practical, well-connected space designed to make you feel at home whether you're working, studying, or simply enjoying the city.   
  
HOW TO MOVE   
  
\-Puerta del Sol metro and commuter station (lines 1, 2 and 3)-Anton Martin metro station (line 1)   
  
IMPORTANT NOTES:   
  
\-Due to the characteristics of the house, children under 12 years of age are not allowed, since we consider that the stairs may pose a risk to them.   
  
\-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.   
  
\-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.   
  
\-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.   
  
\-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
