Located next to the Pradera de San Isidro, a green space ideal for walking and unwinding, San Isidro IV is a cozy apartment with capacity for up to 4 people. It features one bedroom with a double bed and a practical double sofa bed in the living area.   
  
The living room is the perfect spot to relax after working or studying in Madrid, with a Smart TV to enjoy a good movie.   
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The bathroom includes a shower, as well as complimentary shower gel, shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer.   
  
The apartment is fitted with a split air-conditioning and heating system, ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, bed linen, towels, iron and ironing board, free Wi-Fi, and a washing machine with drying rack.
