The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with high-quality appliances, including an induction cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator. The modern designer bathroom features a ceiling-mounted rain shower head for a relaxing experience after a long day of work or study in Madrid. You'll also find a 40-inch Smart TV and all the style and comfort you need during your stay.

Maintain the perfect temperature all year round with central heating via beautifully restored antique radiators and a modern air conditioning system.

You'll have access to a spacious 50-square-meter communal area, divided into two sections: an open-air area and a glass-enclosed section, which becomes a cozy winter terrace. This shared space is perfect for breakfast, meetings, or remote work while enjoying city views and socializing with other tenants.

Fuencarral Street, its main artery, offers the perfect mix of modern shops and traditional markets.
