The living-dining room offers a cosy space to relax, while the large windows provide natural light and impressive city views.   
  
The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, toaster, washing machine, coffee maker, and kettle, so you can prepare your meals just like at home.   
  
The bathroom includes a shower tray, mirror, modern and functional wash basin furniture.

Tetuán is a historic neighbourhood of Madrid, with beautiful architecture and a colourful history. It is also one of the most lively areas of the city, full of culture and people from all over the world. The narrow streets are filled with tapas bars and restaurants serving traditional Spanish food - and it is easy to get lost in this charming area as you discover its hidden gems.   
  
Tetuán has been home to many famous residents throughout its history, including Pablo Picasso and Federico García Lorca, and now it can be yours! The neighbourhood is known for its vibrant street life, where locals gather in cafés or restaurants throughout the day; at night there are plenty of bars open late, where people meet to enjoy live music or simply hang out with friends having a drink or tapas (small plates).
