The perfect startpoint to discover Madrid!   
  
The building also comes with small apartments with 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom in the event you need more space. Each bedroom comes with a double bed.   
  
All the apartments comes with the same equipment and furniture: WIFI, smart TV, air conditioning /heating, washing machine, iron+board, hairdryer, microwave, freezer, fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, baby chair (on request).   
  
Perfect for large group of friends and families with children!  
  
The nearest metro station is La Latina (Line 5 - the green one). The building is located in a quiet street. The area is surrounded by many restaurants, tapas bars, cafés, bakeries...  
  
The "La Latina" neighborhood is one of the oldest and most charismatic in Madrid. Its streets retain the layout they had centuries ago, as can be seen in the map of the Villa of 1656\. Some of their names (puerta de Moros, plaza de la Cebada, calle de la Morería, la propia Latina) transfer us to a time in which this area was the true center of life in the city.
