Nice hotel, centrally located just off Gran Via. Quiet xtreet but close to shops, eateries, sites etc. Reception staff were excellent when I needed to get a doctor for my friend. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied with more vegetarian options but was ok.

I didn’t like as a senior citizen assigned the only room in the hotel on the 7th floor and having to carry my bags and myself up and down a flight of stairs. I got the impression the lady at the desk either didn’t like single men or Americans

Fabulous hotel- location perfect- round the corner from all the shops and theatres on Gran Via but really quiet. Room was quite spacious and immaculate. Only slight problem was the very hard pillow - otherwise a very comfortable stay. Breakfast had lots of choice and was very nice and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel well located close to everything. Good and fresh breakfast. The treatment was excellent.
The rooms were a little dark and with a little window. Besides that I will reserve this hotel again.

Dislike: LOUD! LOUD! LOUD! you can hear absolutely everything, even the phone ringing at the front desk.

For the price you paid, you got your money's worth. The location was excellent. The rooms were a little small but functional. The staff was friendly. I personally found the bed too firm for my liking. I also found you could hear outside noise. I had a room street side. I would stay again.

Possibly better places to stay
It was a very handy hotel close to everything. Unfortunately most of the staff were unfriendly. The breakfast was not worth the money.
It was a bit noisy overnight with street noise and people coming in late.

Rude staff, rooms tiny, loud corridors, no rest
I booked a one night stay for a long layover in Madrid. I arrived very late to the hotel at 2 am due to my incoming flight being delayed several hours. I asked if I could have a late check-out in the morning to allow more rest. The front desk agent was very cold and acted like this was an outlandish request; he finally said I could have 30 minute late check out. Just a few hours later at exactly 12 minutes after check-out time, I received a rude phone call from the front desk informing me that I had to be out of the room. I relayed that the front desk had just a few hours earlier said I could have a 30 minute late check out but the front desk contradicted this and demanded that I vacate the room immediately.

Nos gustaría agradecerle su reciente comentario sobre nosotros y no dude que utilizaremos su información para poder mejorar, comentarle que el horario de entrada del hotel es las 12:00 del día anterior a la noche que usted llego y que el horario de salida es las 12:00 del día siguiente, como usted indica por un problema externo a nosotros llego tarde y le expresamos que el hotel se encontraba lleno y que intentaríamos dejarle esos 30 min que comenta pero los clientes que debían alojarse en su habitación estaban ya en recepción esperando y ese fue el motivo de la llamada , habían pasado 20 min de cortesía sobre las 12 y simplemente quisimos informarle de que debía dejar la habitación lo antes posible porque los nuevos clientes estaban esperando en recepción,
Le pedimos nuevamente disculpas y esperamos que considere alojarse nuevamente con nosotros.
