I would not stay there again
I definitely left my mobile phone charger in the room and went back for it after check-out, but the reception staff did not check it with me as they were told that housekeeping had not reported it. I felt it was unkind.

Very noisy, especially on the weekend. The AC was not working, heater instead. It was too hot for us. The only way was opening the windows to get a fresh air. But it was extremely noisy even we are on the 5th floor. The room was tiny. Just enough to you to walk and sleep. The only good thing is the convenient and walkable to anywhere.

Great location and great staff. Juan at the front desk was super helpful and nice. The only thing that was not positive for us was that there was a slight off-putting smell in our room. Other than that it was very clean and walkable to almost all the spots we wanted to visit.

This hotel obviously is not ready for public. For my first day check-in, still see renovation on the ground floor on the go. Staffs are polite and helpful, but room facility has not yet well installed and cleaned after renovation. Strong smell from new renovation, toilet floor is full with renovation dust. Electricity of the room flash out every 15 mins. It's in late June pretty hot in Madrid, air-con got turned off because of electricity supply flash out. Pretty annoying. I paid for no good comfort stay at all . Bed is comfortable, but still in winter blanket, with no air-con, hard to sleep in. Room design is great, but don't know why there has no small desk or table for placing stuff or eating, a bit inconvenient when you got something want to drop off. TV is new, but not yet connected. No signals. I was got tired to complain as only stay in one night. Completely bad experience. Digital door lock at my room 211 did not work well. Finally have to get a special access card from reception! Strange.

Dejligt hotel og absolut super beliggenhed
Virkelig dejligt værelse. Også skønt med terrassen som gav et ekstra rum og frisk luft. Vi fik god service og der var altid tid til et godt råd i receptionen. Beliggenheden kunne ikke være bedre. Meget centralt og i et livligt kvarter men i vores sidegade var der roligt. Jeg vil helt sikkert benytte dette hotel igen.

離地鐵和市場很近
交通很方便，附近很多超市。地鐵出來的小廣場每天都會有好多攤在賣花。離SAN MIGUEL市場也很近。房間不大，但蠻乾淨。缺點是洗手台有點堵塞。淋浴間的水不會噴到外面，這點設計的蠻好的。櫃檯人員很友善。
