Very bright apartment, modern decoration, large terrace overlooking the park, green areas, very safe and quiet, without noise.  
The sofa is very comfortable cheslong, which makes a bed, 4 seats.  
Modern Samsung TV, very good image quality, with DVD ...  
Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable.  
  
Feel at home, has a dining table that is wide, for 8 people.  
1 double room, spacious and comfortable, with super large built-in wardrobe.  
1 Single room, very quiet and bright, quiet and comfortable.  
This neighborhood is the quietest in all of Madrid, close to a university city, very well connected, 5 minutes walk from the Dehesa la Villa forest park, with a running circuit and bicycle lane that connects with Casa Campo and Ciudad Universitario.  
15 minutes by public transport from the center of Madrid, it is super well connected, with metro and bus nearby.  
  
Come to know Madrid, the ideal neighborhood, good and quiet people.
