I always like it when the towels and sheets are good. We met our person to get the key and pay the balance. In general it's a 5 star place. I only gave it a 4 because we had a problem with the radiator. It wouldn't turn off. I called the check in person several times. I then emailed the reservation office and it was fixed immediately. Normally, I don't think you would run into any problems. Plaza Mayor and Mercardo de San Miguel are happening places so be ready for some noise at night. The location is close to many Metros and the palace, Plaza del Sol and a 15 min walk to Retiro. It couldn't be any better than that! ##### Stephanie B.
