Got a hard time checking out when I parked my car to get my bags No indication where I should park and got yelled at for not knowing I’m 70 and it’s tough to carry baggage up the street

It was just off of water so it had very nice viewing. Balcony provided excellent viewing. Walking to many restaurants around the downtown was a great feature.

Highly recommend this topnotch property, and the lake views are stunning. Also I enjoyed use of the hotel car, which proved very convenient!

Very nice hotel! Almost all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, facilities were very clean and nice, and the whirlpool was lovely. Would definitely stay again!

Very attentive and helpful staff. Property was very elegant and upscale. We had a beautiful lake view room that was amazing. Definitely will come back .

Great location for visiting the college, but the hotel is a pain to navigate. Signs aren't very clear. I couldn't find the ice machine for the life of me.

Paided for 2 queens, we only got one in a tiny room. Complained to Nate, the night manager and we were treated poorly. Take it or leave it attitude. We left. Treated much better at the graduate just down the rode

We checked in at front desk and we my wife and I where not in the room for more that a hour and without notice or a phone call or even a knock on the door someone with a hotel uniform unlocked the door and walked right in and saw my beautiful wife changing clothes it scared her and I almost hurt Everyman that was working on the property but my wife calmed me down and we went right to the front desk and told them everything and they said they would get back to us but never Did

Not as busy went on our last trip. Dinning at the boats house. Had trivia night,which was fun. Our view of the lake was great.
