I didn't even stay there. Once I pulled into the parking lot and saw how sketchy and dirty it was I left and found another hotel to stay in. I saw broken windows, ripped curtains, run down building.

Not a luxury hotel. There are Bibles in the room which was a pleasant surprise. It is a cheap hotel but a place to lay your head to rest and a hot shower on a budget. They accept pets but there is a $10 per day fee. There are restaurants near by. We are grateful for the place to stay, when in need. May God bless you all abundantly 💗🙏😇

Not the best rooms, but for the price it is a good place to stay. my room was clean, a little out dated but functional. Again not a 4 star hotel, but only paid 64 bucks plus tax so i didnt expect much.

I liked nothing about the property. We changed rooms after 1st night, heater fan made noise, phones did not work (which were reported), and people were smoking weed in the building and no one did nothing about it. We did not get any cleaning service for 4 nights / 5 days, even know we requested. They show a nice breakfast in the morning on their web page (meaning madison location) but they give you this as the owner/manger sends in an email "In regard to your complaint about breakfast, we provide what is required per our brand standards which is coffee, tea, juice, and a to go item in which we offer 2 types of granola bars. We also offer fresh fruit based on availability, but it is not required." So they do not care at all, was not a great place to be with kids and family and we did get a different hotel for last night. Their manger said "If you want a clean room go across the street and check in at the Hilton" when I asked if they were going to clean our room after 3 night.

Just checked in …went to room tv didn’t work went down to talk to the front person who checked us in and told them the tv wasn’t working. Came up to look and told us give him 5 minutes for him to get another remote. Never returned so after waiting 30 we went back down to front desk to ask for refund since we booked a room with a working tv then the person who works the counter proceeds to tell us she can have someone come in at 6:00 the next morning to fix it! REALLY ! I told them we booked a room with a working tv! They refused to refund our money and got very disrespectful with us. Had a nasty attitude! DON’T STAY HERE unless you want to get ripped off! Place is dirty and smelled like skunk!

Disgusting - DO NOT go to this hotel.
We ended up leaving it was so bad. I cannot believe they are permitted to stay open. Our "non" smoking room reeked of smoke. The fire detectors were covered with plastic wrap. It appeared the cleanliness of the room had not been maintained over time. It was grimy and gross. There was crusty food on the floor, mold in the a/c-furness unit. Dead bugs. It was awful. We immediately left and were told we would need to speak to a manager if we wanted a refund. No manager to be found & was told to call back the next day. When I did so, I was told there were no refunds & would have to talk to the owner (if they came in that day). I have yet to receive a phone call. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A HOTEL EVER.

Bathroom floor was dirty with debris on the floor. Heat did not work well. No blanket on bed, just sheets & a thin bed spread. With temps in the 40’s at night & the gap between the doorframe & door to the outside, it was a bit chilly in the room. Sheer curtain in window was torn. Cobwebs on wall near ceiling. Mold in freezer in mini-fridge.

Privacy good. Being accused of smoking by owner when outside stairs are in front of room window and manager aggressively telling us that we should have reported the smoke smell when arrive in at midnight and left at 6 am before coming back 9 hrs later. and the whole place smelled like smoke me mildew.

We booked for the pool which, unknown to us was outdoor and unheated. The receptikn staff were bery friendly and helpful, but the motel is very dated. Our room was in dire need of new flooring and air freshening.

The room was so disgusting, I couldn't stay there. The room smelled like old, stale, cigarette smoke. My bag spent about an hour in the room and smelled like the room for hours after I left, I had to air it out. I ended up finding another hotel. The gal that checked me in was very nice and fun to talk to.

Disappointing
There were so many issues, and I can't believe I paid over $100 for this room. It was non-smoking, but it had a terrible smell of smoke and air freshener. There was a suspicious stain on the desk chair as well as the rug, the bedspread was missing, wifi did not work and the bathroom door had a hole kicked in it. There were shady-looking characters hanging around--as a single woman this place did not make me feel comfortable or safe. I expected more from a Super 8!

Very disappointed! I want to call this place a dump, but maybe that's a little strong. It's definitely inferior to other chains where I've stayed. The photo of the exterior is accurate, but that's the best thing about this property!

Rented room to help friends travelling across country. Air conditioning did not work. It was an average summer day (high about 85) and they were miserable. Management was unable to fix the problem.

We take a trip each summer and stop in Madison on the way. We used to stay at this Super 8 regularly but haven't for the past 5 years. The place hasn't been well cared for and the grounds had litter blowing around. The lobby doesn't have a bathroom which is a pain. The glass enclosed elevator area is always hot due to no air conditioning but even worse the hallway did not have air conditioning turned on. The rooms had the same treatment. The air conditioning was not on in either of the rooms we had and were sweltering. We took cold showers to try to cool down. Once the room air conditioners were on they took a couple of hours to get the room to a good temperature. The beds were firm and felt very much like sleeping on plywood.
